1. Shipping Details
Orders within the GTA are delivered by us unless the client opts for shipping.
Orders outside the GTA are shipped via third-party logistics providers.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers.
2. Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective.
Customers must report defects within 3 days of receiving the order, with supporting evidence.
Approved returns will either be replaced or refunded based on our assessment.
3. Order Issues & Liability
We are not responsible for incorrect specifications provided by the client.
Custom orders cannot be refunded once production has started.
Slight variations in color and stitching are normal and not considered defects.
