1. Orders & Payments
Sample orders require 100% upfront payment before production begins.
Mass production orders follow an 80-20 payment structure, where 80% is required upfront and the remaining 20% is due upon delivery.
2. Production & Delivery
General turnaround time is 2-3 weeks. Production takes about a week, and the remaining time is allocated for shipping.
We are not liable for third-party shipping delays.
3. Custom Designs & Intellectual Property
Clients can submit custom designs, except for copyrighted logos of brands like Nike, Adidas, etc.
By placing an order, clients agree that we may use their provided logos and team designs for marketing purposes, including social media and advertisements.
4. Inspection & Acceptance
Customers must inspect their order within 3 days of delivery. Any issues must be reported within this period.
Minor imperfections such as slight color variations or loose threads are not considered defects.
5. Cancellations & Order Changes
Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
Design changes are allowed before production begins. However, any completed work will be billed accordingly.
Changes in order quantities may result in pricing adjustments and extended production times.
6. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
Any disputes shall first be resolved through mediation. Arbitration may follow if mediation fails.
This agreement is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
